What if your body could actually reply to those questions? Would you approach food differently? Would you approach clothing differently? What about moving your body?
What we have been taught from a very young age is that bodies are just living meat and you have to direct, dictate or force it to do what you want. And with that approach, we find things quite cumbersome, don't we?
What if all that struggle with our bodies is our body's way of communicating with us? What if it's saying: âHey, hold on here, this doesn't work for me!â
If you get anything from this, it would be to just give it a go and start a conversation with your body. Something simple: âHey body, how are you doing today?â. How does your body respond? How does it feel when you ask it that question? What abou...
Do you ever feel like youâre just another cog in the machine of reality? Do you ever feel like you are numbing a part of who you are just to fit in? Yeah, thatâs not just you.
From a young age, we build opinions and take on fixed points of view from the world. During childhood, our possibilities were truly endless, but then we were exposed to the âreal worldâ education and the rat race. Our imagination, creativity, and awareness were tainted and molded by this programming.
The dream of being an astronaut was quickly replaced by the âmore realisticâ professions of dentist, builder, or office worker. The idea of living on a tropical island was assessed and unraveled by âmore logicalâ ideas like city life or somewhere with good healthcare.
We were pushed to understand and align with our families and communities, all while feeling pressured to adopt beliefs to define ourselves. The constant pressure to adapt to this reality keeps us from becoming who we truly are.
These and...
Everyone emits unique energies, and whether we acknowledge it or not, we're all attuned to it. You can feel the atmosphere when you walk into a room, sense gratitude from someone, or pick up on when something's off in someone's world. No thought is required; it's just how the world operatesâthrough energy. It's like an invisible web connecting everything, including us, transmitting and receiving energy everywhere.
We've been taught that judgment is valuable and even necessary to navigate lifeâknowing what to let in and what to keep out, what to be aware of, and what we donât want to be aware of. We believe we have to judge everything, including ourselves positively or negatively in various aspects of our livesâlooks, social status, academic achievements, money in the bank, etc. And whatever we judge ourselves for we believe others will judge us for the same things, so we put up these invisible barriers, preventing others from reading us, and in doing that, we shut ourselves out. We pick...
Have you ever had one of those mornings where things seem to start off badly as soon as you open your eyes? You wake up cold as the covers are mostly on the floor. You stub your toe on the door as you head from the bedroom to the bathroom. The toothpaste you are attempting to put on your toothbrush ends up on the floor. Everything within your first few wakening moments seems to be headed in a bad direction. What if this beginning to a seemingly âbad dayâ did not have to continue in that direction? Even if your bad day is far more âsignificantâ than toothpaste on the floor, what if a bad day was nothing more than your decision that made it progress into a bad day? What if you could change it immediately?
Whether it is a breakup of a relationship or spending hours trying to work out how to do something on your computer or going through your finances and realising you have less money than you thought, contrary to what you have likely been taught, it is not what happens to you that create...

I used to be a slave to my feelings, (most people are and don't know it). This was largely a result of not realising that I was incredibly sensitive to others' thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We all are, to a certain degree. We simply don't allow ourselves to recognise or acknowledge it. Ninety-eight percent of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions don't belong to us. We put barriers up, trying to keep energetic information out, as we believe it will affect us negatively. It's a myth that you need to protect yourself from others' energies. It's not acknowledging that you are aware of them and that they are not yours, which results in you becoming unconscious of their effect.
I started 5 years ago to get present with how feelings were affecting my life and have become much more aware of their destructiveness. In the last six months since receiving more information from Access Consciousness about what holds feelings in ...
Apart from thinking, feelings are the greatest way we handicap ourselves. We have been indoctrinated to believe the opposite is true and that thoughts and feelings are not only necessary in navigating lifeâs choices, but the superior way.Â
Science reveals that from the time we are in the womb, we actually sense everything that our mothers are experiencing. We know no separation. It is as if everything is happening directly to us. If our mother experiences stress, fear, yearning or anger, we assume those feelings are ours. Those feelings and emotions then trigger bio chemicals such as cortisol, adrenalin, dopamine, etc. which physically impact us as well. We are quite literally surrounded by feelings that are not even ours, but we perceive them as ours, before we even take our first breath.Â
By the time we are outside of the womb, we have the ability to tune into others and be aware of their bodies' biochemical functions and feelings. Babies know when people are upset, afraid or angry...

Good school grades in âimportantâ subjects, university degrees, and safe career paths that do not challenge the status quo. All of this is what the majority of us were taught is most desirable, and what we may unthinkingly pass on to our children and make important for them.
The reality is that many geniuses in our world, the people who have shaped and changed the course of history have operated in a very different way. Surely that begs the questionâŚ.âIs it attaining top grades in formal education that creates these geniuses or should we be asking more questions?
Think of Richard Branson, who is dyslexic, had little formal education, dropping out of school at aged 16, and is now creating hugely. Thomas Edison, The Wright Brothers, Larry Ellison, Steve Jobs! Or an example from a different field. Leonardo de Vinci who reportedly was unable to be physically still, or mentally still for very long. Imagine how he would fare be...
How many people do you know who work hard doing jobs they donât enjoy just for the money? They go from job to job their whole lives with the point of view of âThatâs just the way it isâ.
What if there was something totally different available beyond the judgements and conclusions we have been programmed to function from?
We choose to work hard and function from conclusion instead of enjoying our lives and enjoying our being!
We have not been taught that we are energy and everything is energy and that we create with and as energy.
Weâve not been taught that when we are present and receiving energetically it nurtures our body and soul. So we âworkâ from the space of doing instead of creating from the joy of our being.
This is why so many people are living unfulfilled lives. When you live from conclusion, you have slowed the energy down so much that you think you canât create and everything is heavy and not fun.
When you function from energy, you have no barriers to any awareness, y...
The earth thrums with a power that is undeniable. So do you â when you allow it. Itâs not something you âtryâ to be or do. Itâs the energy YOU be when you allow the intensity of connection and communion with everything. Itâs life-force energy.
The thrum is your power and potency. There is no separation between you, the earth and the Universe, except for that which your head and the awareness of energies around you that you buy as real.
You can choose to stop the thrum, trickle it out like a party trick, or to allow it to emerge full throttle.
Your choices and awareness amplify possibilities. The constant discord and disharmony is where we actually know that weâre choosing a virtual reality â and we keep choosing it because we donât want to be dangerous or undesirable in a society that values conformity and powerlessness.
You in your full power is the kind of dangerous that youâve always aspired to, but werenât willing to claim, own and acknowledge just in case you blow up the world...
